And generally being emotional, sensitive, easy to hurt etc.

Nope, high E is a side effect of high T. Being both very emotional and also aggressive, can be indicators of high T aswell

lifefuel for you then, higher T=higher amounts of aromatisation. If you’re at the top of the reference range for T youll be top of the reference range for E

is it linked to fat distribution and hair ? like i have thick NW0 despite my dad balding, and genetically very big legs.
Also super sensitive so... And very agressive when needed.

Fat is the site for aromatase, excess belly fat can cause even greater aromatisation into E

i guess i had everything... but beeing somehow ethnic looking and a manlet ended my soul, wish i was 6'4 like my dad :cry:

yes, I believe that's it, I must do everything to lower cortisol

Crying is the bodies way of dumping excess cortisol (stress), an emergency mechanism to lower very high cortisol levels.

I have cried myself to sleep almost every night since I was 15, there have only been a few weeks over the years where I haven't cried.
