Is Custom Wraparound Jaw Implants More Problematic Than Jaw Angle ?

Since wraparound jaw implants take much more space on the facial muscles it can creates more problems (i guess?).

I've 130 degree gonial angle so i cannot be sure if i need custom wraparound to make my gonial angle like 115~120 or maybe it's not necessary to have vertical alignment to achieve that gonial angle.

So, is it better to design jaw angle with chin rather than wraparound ?

ps : eppley mentions "bigger implants bigger issues" once in realself, i will share ss if i find it.

Also i know that jaw creates bony layer over jaw angle implants after a while,
so i thought that maybe jaw angle implants are more secure for carrying a foreign object in a face since basically bone embedded over it.

Wrap around are shit and it’s probably what u don’t need. Most likely vertical angular jawline implants is what u need

I think wraparound is for a very small percentage of patients
