Is it possible to go from 4PSL to 5 without surgery?

Please dear god,
I need it so bad.
I will do anything to go from 4 to 5 ANYTHING!
I just cant afford surgery yet but I can pay for anything else unless its over 200$
Help!

If you've not already done them, then probably. Maybe even higher, as long as you don't have any serious failos.
I hope so, to me I am subhuman but most people rate me a 4 so I guess I’m around there.
Biggest flaws are assymetrical jaw, eye and a subhuman nose wich I will get surgery on

Most people can get to 5 psl for their area without surgery if they're sub 5, unless they're a literal 1-2 who is genetically fucked (aka probably about 1-2% of the world population).

You have any tips?

You have any tips?
-Be fit (low bf %, easiest way to gain psl, in b4 retarded 'no gym for face')
-Perfect hygiene (white teeth, smell good)
-Wash and moisturize skin 2x a day, acne meds from a dermatologist if you have acne
-Good grooming (fitting haircut, shave daily or every other day if not growing beard)
-Sleep well, drink tons of water and eat shit that isn't shit to reduce bloating on your face

I'm not sure. Was that thing under your jaw your hyoid bone or fat? It will probably help nonethelless. Recommend gymcelling

well yeah, I am... for like a few weeks xd
it's fat but like I had it when i was a twink too I guess, so I think it's genetic or something

Mew to get rid of it. All of my fat gets sucked in my jaw when I mew bruh. Or just grow a beard tbh

I recommend going low BF, then gymcelling. But eat at maintenance and dont overdo the carbs (100g per day is good).

mewing makes a truly microscopic difference tbh in my case

I recommend going low BF, then gymcelling. But eat at maintenance and dont overdo the carbs (100g per day is good).
yeah well, I was doing cardio before and cut like 5kg already, but got bored and now I switched it to strength training
I also barely eat carbs... no bread, no potatoes, rice, pasta etc just meat and veggies.... but then break it with cake xd
although I'm going no sweets for 3rd day now so maybe that's a start of a longer streak...

veggies and fruits are high in carbs smh

if you want to eat sweets, I suggest you buy a 0 calories sweetener like aspartame or cyclamate or stevia or erythriol

I use the sweetener for tea and coffe
I don't eat fruit, only veggies
