recessed chin is one of the easiest fixes through surgery as long as it's not too bad, genio/chin implants are also cheap af and have very low risk (afaik worst risk of sliding genio is nerve damage in the lower lip)

Bimax, turning the upper jaw more upward and forward and let the lower jaw follow. Then a genioplasty/chin implant and maybe cheekbone implants and you're set

Of course no- its because vertical growth affect every area,
Lefort won't vertically shorten your upper maxilla, your mandible is probably set back, gonial angle is big and invisible and whole mandible is pointed downwards- this is other thing that no surgery will fix .
