Is it worrisome to reach 21 with NW1?

I have nw0.10 on one side and nw0.75 on the other, should I worry about getting to 21 with nw1? does nw1 affect jb appeal? I've been 20 years old for almost 3 months.

Can you tell us how many follicles are left on your head? Calculate the area of your nw0 and then minus the area of the -.10 and -.75 that's the only way to really be sure.
