carbs bloat me very easily but only if the source is shit food like chips and sweets or whatever

i dont think eating apples bananas rice is that bad

am i cucking my T levels by eating under 20g carbs a day?

Get potassium to sodium in check and cut down on sugar.

it could very well be excess fat, even if skinny. Everyone has different fat distribution genetics, or ofc buccal fat removal. Hell it could even be hormone related

No your T levels will be fine. If you are healthy otherwise you wont experience any problems unless you try and run a marathon. Also you could eat carbs in a better form if you still want them, like in oatmeal or whole wheat bread. Bananas and apples arent bad but fruit is not really healthy in large amounts and its effect on your body is not too far from eating candy. You sound like a young whippersnapper so as long as you dont eat too much and stay in shape im sure you will be fine

think im still gonna stick to low carb and high protein
i notice way more vascularity and fat loss
