Delay/Pause the closing of the growth plates:

Lowering proclatin:
- 400 UI Vitamin E before bed
- A good vitamin B complex

Decrease insulin resistance and improve health quality, bone density:
- 10K IU Vitamin D3 before bed
- 15 to 45mg K2 MK4 before bed
- 50mg Zinc before bed
- 400mg Magnesium before bed
- 9mg Boron before bed

You shouldn't even ask here because I'm almost sure no one at a younger age (Under 17) and therefore with open plates, at least in the legs has seriously tried to take it, for an entire year with an AI.

The only one who took it here at a young age and for several months was Wincels, he was 17 years old, and he had reported a gain of 3inches in a few months and he had not grown for a long time, that said, natural growth is not excluded...

In short, the only way to know is to test it yourself, whatever happens, you're 19 years old, your leg growth plates are probably closed.

Better? I don't know to tell you the truth, what I hate with this one is that all the studies that have been done to delay the closing of the growth plates with an AI were done with Letrozole or Anastrozole, so two non-suicidal AI.

That said, I agree with you that Aromasin is better in the sense that it is a suicidal AI, it means that there will be no rebound problems if you stop.

For side effects Anastrozole is the mildest, but with both there should not be any significant problems I think.

Aromasin is a suicidal AI, it literally destroys the estrogen, and no, it is not definitive, if you stop taking it, after a while, your estrogen will return to normal.

Letrozole and Anastrozole are non-suicidal AIs, they "encapsulate" the estrogen, but do not destroy it, so if you suddenly stop, you will have a huge rebound of estrogen that will occur, which can cause many problems like:
- Gynecomastia
- Premature closure of growth plates
That said, this will not happen if you take your dose religiously, every day.

Yes but Wincel’s dad is 6’4 and his mom is 5’7. There was no way he’d only be 5’8 when fully grown. He grew 3 inches to 5’11 which is still much shorter than his dad
