Is my jaw really narrow?

I need some advice. I know my jaw is narrower than my zygos but I dont know if my jaw is super narrow. I prefer holding off on the implant and trying fillers first to add width. I am also been lifting and trained neck for 1 day. wouldnt getting a bigger neck and body make my jaw look narrower? also any recommendations for haircut? my hair is long and sometimes make my jaw look narrower.

i am happy with the height of my lower third tho. My chin is slighty receded from the side profile and i got thick lips so i will need to bring the chin forward 3-4 mm to go slightly past my lips. i am 19. do mandibles grow from 20-25? i would like to do natural things such as mewing and maybe palatal expansion. custom wraparound is last resort and should hopefully improve my aesthetics
also my neck is 14 inches in circumfrefence. i think maybe adding an inch max would help. is there any to target neck training towards the back of the neck?
