Yes you are near the the end for a normal BMI. Although try to lose weight and build muscle at the same time.

Yeah that's not enough unless your a 130lb twink who doesn't go to the gym. If that describes you then it's ok I guess.

Need at least twice as much protein to do the following.

Do 5 sets of pushups, 5 sets of chinups, 5 sets of crunches. Go to complete failure on the final 2 sets of each exercise.

Do this 3x per week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Pastured eggs have:

  • Twice as much vitamin E
  • 38 percent higher vitamin A concentration
  • Twice as much long-chain Omega-3 fats
  • 2.5x more total Omega-3 fatty acids
  • Less than half the ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3
Only notable ones are A and E. Omega 3's are in such low quantities already that it don't matter. And the Omega 6 being lower is good I guess.
Also B12 is higher + folic acid and VIT D is indeed 3-6 times higher.
However most of those nutrients are already found in abundance in regular eggs. And the rest of the nutrients that are in very low proportions don't get multiplied.
 
With perfect willpower you'll do this for 3 days then you'll want to kill yourself

Cronometer is shit here is a more accurate reading for 10 eggs, and of course pasture eggs have even more micronutrients:

Integrate also beef liver or even better veal liver and salmon row

LE: I added also the nutrition for 200 g of liver, it has basically everything you need in it's most bioavailable form, unlike vegan food
