nofap only has 2 real purposes
fixing your dick if it's desensitized or if your erections are weaker from jerking off
fixing your porn addiction if you actually have one, ideally you should be jerking without porn

How long does it take to notice the supposed benefits? I’ve prolly only gone 3 days no fap a couple of times since puberty. A week?
 
If you do nofap and do nothing else then its cope.
Take your focus somewhere else do some physical activities/basically exhaust yourself. It will come naturally.

it’s different for everyone a week would probably be a good benchmark for improvements

No not unless you wanna becomes a monk.

I did over 130 days and it didn’t help at all. And i still felt super shy and insecure, even more so. And my face got more bloated. And i felt like i wanted to have sex with ugly girls who i never would have wanted to had i had post nut clarity.

Some guy went 6 months and his anxiety and depression worsened

I think he was unique but it doesnt make that much of a difference for most people unless all you do everyday is jerk off 5 times a day

It’s torture and really unhealthy to hold it all in i realized. I think it’s best if you can have sex to relieve the tension

I’m general I start noticing results after about 8-10 days (this means with absolutely no watching porn or touching your dick btw, not just no ejaculation) and serious improvements in inhibition starting at 2 weeks.

I'm a refugee and tbh I haven't had any real accommodations since arriving here. Like there isn't a refugee section, I don't get any special mod privileges, I can't even fucking edit my own posts after making them. It's bullshit tbh.

idk if nofap is legit or not, but i usually feel better after 1 week of not fapping

it's definitely worth trying
