Is there anyway to fix this thing with my lips?

I know it looks like I have an underbite, but I don’t. My teeth are fine, the problem is my lips, they are giving the impression that I have an underbite. Obviously since the problem isn’t my bite it wouldn’t make sense to do a double jaw surgery. Is there any way to fix this?
