Is this due to massetters?

My jaw was more angular/square when I was around 19. Now at 22 my face looks like a square due to it getting pretty much completely square and in a bad way.
Did my jaw just grew weirdly? I basically have way less definition than before...

Could somehow finateride caused it(yea paranoid)

Or is that because of too much masseters? Possible to atrophy them without botox?

the first one is couple years old on my old phone and google photos did save it pixelated unforunately but you can cleary see the angle is differnt and in turn it looks more sharp.
The secon 2 were done a couple days ago
