I feel like my lower jaw has retruded even more as I've got older? Or maybe it's just my face getting fatter.

My tongue is always at the bottom of my mouth and I mouthbreathe. I've been trying to mew a bit but I always foreget after a while.

My lower third is also probably 25-50% shorter than my middle third.

tfw its over before it even begun. Im almost positive I have Retrognathia I'm going to see an ortho next week. I want my lower jaw moved forward none of this cuck moving the lower teeth back. Mike mew will help me ascend.
