I really dont know, I think ive seen him use a non-custom variation which would of course be much cheaper..

Is the purpose of the paranasal part of the implant purely to reduce nasolabial folds? I'm not sure how the results of these look, it's hard to imagine if it really mimics the effects of a lefort 1 where the actual teeth would be moved as well.

it is to improve a recessed premaxilla area, yes not quite a lerort 1 but will have some similar effects

Being ugly or a manlet should be treated as an illness under health care tbh. Like if you're under 5'5, (which is considered out of normal deviation height) or have a genetic deformity (Such as reccessed featurs), they should all be atleast covored by healthcare

Yes, just wondering if you had found any pics of others since I would assume you have done some research. I am consulting with Eppley myself and this is one of the procedures I was curious about but didn't find many good examples.
