the teeth are forced to be in an "uncomfortable" position by the retainer. they don't want to stay like that (because your palate is a little too small), that's why you need the permanent retainer in the first place. because of the constant force that was going on the retainer broke.

How TF do I bleach my teeth

if you want something that works get this. i use this every 6 months and my teeth are perfectly white and i started from piss yellow.

few rules though.

• get bleaching trays
• do it 14 days every second day (7 applications. 45 min per treatment) - one treatment is 1/2 syringe, only use it on the outside of your teeth
• no coffee, tee, coca cola, tomato during the use and 2 weeks after (1 month)
• use remineralising tooth paste because your teeth will get very sensitive
• repeat every 6 months

@Gunnersup updated it. that's the full guide. and i have had friends or random foids ask me about my "beautiful white teeth", this really works
