If you eat a high carb diet just lol as well equally as much

Best diet is raw milk, raw or extremely rare grass fed, finished, and organic beef and organ meats every day, raw eggs, and whatever veggies you think you need as well as extremely small portions of fruits

Also fish eggs like roe or caviar

If you eat anything else, jfl at your life,you deserve to be incel

I eat a whole food plant based diet and I am highly satisfied with it.

Idk, I gained plenty of muscle on high fat high protein low carbs. Although in my case that was over 200g of protein a day, 100g fat and net carbs were around 40-50 so probably not a full 'ketosis'

Just be in a slight calorie surplus and you will gain muscle if you increase your weights every 1-2 weeks and do 3x6 rep sets.. I never understood people who want to eat like 500g of carbs a day, it will bloat you

The only excuse to super carb load would be poverty since carbs are cheaper than fats or proteins
Carbmaxing is also devastating for your looks, most people with such diets have aged terribly.

Where is the scientific basis for this claim? Perhaps a study in a peer reviewed journal? Conclusively linking the lack of saturated fat and cholesterol to cognitive decline?


By the way the youtuber that he referenced thinks that the earth is flat,he got an infection from eating raw meat and he did sun gazing for a while which caused hallucinations.

B12 is just not there, because the bacteria is removed in the modern world. There is nothing wrong with supplementing b12 since it is derived from these bacteria cultures. Synthetic things are not automatically bad.

It does make it impossible for veganism to be the diet we adapted to however.

Ketosis is a secondary metabolic process and the brain doesn't run on ketones but sugar regardless of what you ingest. Ketones will be converted to Acetyl-CoA which is a sugar.

That comment was over a year old but I still think high carb diets are superior for mass. Natural is doesn't matter but on roids your glycogen stores are so much greater and you make use of carbs better.
