Wanna get on this boat to give it a try and see if it helps my facial bloat. Any suggestions on foods to eat/easy recipes/snacks? Thanks niggas

low sodium cheese, eggs, meat, fish, 2-3L water per day. first couple days of low carb its gonna be hell to sleep but getting hardboiled eggs helps me sleep :) just make sure to watch ur sodium, and if u eat carbs it should be from fruit. good snacks i eat are string cheese, hardboiled eggs, low-carb fruits

ketosis shit is kinda retarded tbh, if u really want to tryhard and lose a fuck ton of weight, do a water fast with vitamins. 1-3 days, or more if ur alpha
 
It's low carbohydrate/moderate protein/high fat. I'm in deficit anyways
i legit dont know shit about nutrition, i dont count calories or anything, but when i go to the gym i mog these fucking normie cucks (before roiding)

counting calories is for geeks tbh
 
Tried it for one full month would not recommend at all ever. If you do it make sure supplement psyllium husk powder or you will be one backed up sob. first couple days explosive water shits followed by constipation.l that was my experience but everyone different

I'll still be eating vegetables + some berries so decent fiber intake
 
Just eat meat, liver and water :feelsez:
