Full fat plain yogurt?low sodium cheese, eggs, meat, fish, 2-3L water per day. first couple days of low carb its gonna be hell to sleep but getting hardboiled eggs helps me sleep just make sure to watch ur sodium, and if u eat carbs it should be from fruit. good snacks i eat are string cheese, hardboiled eggs, low-carb fruits

I'll still be eating vegetables + some berries so decent fiber intakeTried it for one full month would not recommend at all ever. If you do it make sure supplement psyllium husk powder or you will be one backed up sob. first couple days explosive water shits followed by constipation.
