Gotta lose 8-10 kg so I’m gonna stop eating fast-food, sugar, pastas and all that shit. Hopefully I can lose the weight in 1 month.

He can do the one meal a day diet. I've been on it for almost a month and lost 10+ pounds, even though im not overweight.

I've water fasted before for 3 days, the benefits are there and are real, cant get myself to do it again though.

easy work out 7 days per week(each workout session 1-1.5 hours), do some cardio too and eat 1500 calories each day.

2kg per month is more realistic unless you want to also lose 90% of your muscle mass. Also you will get fat again within a few weeks because of the jojo effect.
 
NGL I've eaten fast food for dinner like 10 nights these past few weeks and I'm still in a deficit

You will literally probably lose 10kg of just water in the first 3 weeks if you drop carbs and sodium

Also exercising along with some stimulants will increase your TDEE
