I think both,tbh.Bad lower eyelid support will fuck up your squinting.But if your looking for a permasquint surgery.There's eyeleinghthening and upper eyelid filters.

good thinking.I'm not well versed in rhinoplasty.But AES should help you a lot.Assuming that you have sclera showing underneath your iris.
