Shaved. You look so much better with shaved legs. When I shaved my whole body and looked in the mirror I felt so much better about myself. Some guys say it takes away your masculinity but tons of manly pornstars and models are cleanly shaven, what makes you manly is muscles and a manly face tbh. It's also more hygienic to shave, it prevents sweat from sticking to your hair and getting greasy skin. It's especially hygienic to shave your crotch area and your butt. But I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm just attracted to girls and I'm projecting a feminine ideal of beauty onto myself, but I don't care, I still like myself better when I'm shaven and chad is chad whether he got leg hair or not so if you don't like leg hair might as well shave that shit off. Side note: Shaved legs make you a faster swimmer because the hair adds friction to your body and it decreases the acceleration. All professional swimmers and most athletes in general are all cleanly shaven.

I've been thinking about getting hair removal surgery, so I dont have to upkeep my body hair. But I'm not so sure it would work out for what I want.

Can it decrease the volume of hair?
And will it be effective in removing hand hair, while not making the area look weird? I dont want there to be a straight line between my hand and arm where there's a jungle of hair, and then a straight line with no hair.

Look. The laser removal of hair works like this:
1. You shave all the hair from the area that you chose with a razor beforehand (Don't ever wax it, waxing cancels out the effects of laser)
2. You go to the clinic, you will lie down on a mat, put on protection goggles and the woman who works there will put a sort of gel (To prevent the laser from burning you) on the chosen body part
3. She will then take out the machine with the laser, that looks like this:

She will hold this thing that looks like a laser gun and she will rub it with the yellow end (where the laser comes out) multiple times on your body part.

4. End of the session. Some of your hair pores were permanently burned and some of them were just harmed but not permanently destroyed so you have to go back for more sessions (Like 5 times, maybe more with one month interval between them) until all of it is gone forever. Yes, it takes more than you thought because you have to there for multiple sessions but thats just the way it is, for some people it requires less sessions, maybe you're one of those.

5. When all sessions are done all the hair is gone but in between sessions you will notice that some of the hair has stopped to grow and some of is still growing, and it's really just random so the hair will look each time more scattered and thinner. (The hair pores that are not destroyed are still damaged so the hair that grows after is thinner)
