All I need to do is get my hands on this device, techinally if I get my hands on this device and advance my maxilla so far forward that I will clearly need distraction osteogenesis insurance applied, it will literally be a deformed class.

Pretty sure they have to surgically fracture ur maxilla then screw this thing in and hold the fracture in place. It’s not like a facepuller
