Lip Lifts & Lip Suspension

Everyone knows that a philtrum in the 13 mm to 15 mm range is aesthetically preferable on men, with an average of ~15.5 mm.

We have a number of users here that feel they suffer from their longer philtrums and / or longer midfaces.

As far as I'm aware these are the two procedures that aim to address that issue, and whilst the former is frequently mentioned I hear very little about the latter.

Do we have any high IQ or well-read users that could shed some light on the pair comparatively?

the problem with my philtrum is that it's too concave, i can't measure it correctly, but i think if i got a lip lift my midface would look a lot better

Someone should email Eppley regarding the latter. I will also be consulting with a top lip lift surgeon in September so I can update then
