P90x was a joke of a program, you have a set of dvd's to watch and use, it's basically a home program.

athlete X is another program where you are just cutting weight that's all

30 days by craig which I discussed on another thread which is better than the other 2 that I used, the reason this one is good because the guy literally guides you and how to diet better.

there is another one I'm currently doing atm, I'll keep you updated how this one is working
