Intermediate fasting: Eating 500-600 calories in two days per week
Get abs / lose belly fat
Take arginine (15-20g) and gaba supplement before sleep (boosts 60 percent of HGH)
Don’t eat sugar, refined carbs, processed foods or sodium
Don’t eat 2-3 hours before bed
Do high intensity excercises
Perform repeated sprints, interval training, weight training, circuit training
Take beta-alanine or a sports drink before excercise
Take protein shakes around excercises
Take a melatonin supplement 1-5mg dose 30 mins before bed
Take glutamine, creatine, ornithine, L dopa, glycine
Go to sleep at ten a clock, don’t use phone two hours before bed
Don’t eat two hours before sleep
Have diet consist of fruits and vegetables, eggs, fish, mustard seeds, tomatoes, nuts, grapes, raspberries, pomegranate, grains, beans, meat, red meat, seeds, nuts, chicken, brown rice and soybeans, unsweetened yogurt, eggs and spinach
Go out for a 30 minute run in the sunlight sprinting with medium pace breaks every other 5 mins
Do weight lifting
HGH increases by 300 when you fast for three days
Take a relaxing bath / laugh and meditate to reduce cortisol levels
Do resistance excercises
Take GH therapy or injections
Fast during the entire day then eat a big meal at dinner or have one big meal in the morning and one big meal on the evening

Eh maybe for oldcels but a lot of teenagers on this site from 14-20 could benefit and reach their max height potential as these things would boost long term if they are done in puberty, also some people are poor af and can’t afford it (especially when taking supplements/ all the vitamins along with it)

For puberty make sure you're eating in a surplus, are getting enough protein for muscle and bone development and ensure you're getting your vitamins and minerals. Use an app like chronometer to track.

Anything alse is at worst coping and at best will not make a significant difference

Can you just give the top few tips you think would help a pubertycel like me? Have any of those tips help you?
