Looksmaxing smoothie

I want to improve my diet to enhance skin, hair, and help me reach my potential. I think the easiest way it just to mix everything into a blender and then drink it. What ingredients should I put into it. im thinking of carrots: for vitamin a and beta carotene ; pomegranate for increased t levels (apparently). What else should I add to make it as effective as possible. (I know its probably cope but theirs no harm in trying)

I make a green smoothie and a red smoothie every day.

Green smoothie: spinach, cucumber, kiwi, apple

Red: Blueberries, Lime (squeezed), Lemon (squeezed, strawberries, pear and apple cider vinegar

You need to add water to both to make them blend properly
How much of what do you add tho?
