I just woke up and while brushing my teeths I realized I looked different
It wasn’t my red small eyes and my weird pupils
My face was way leaner and I had hollow cheeks
I checked my body before I was like 20 %bodyfat but since large frame ( 7.4 inch wirst at 5ft 9.5) it didn’t look disgusting skinnifat
But anyway my lil bellyfat was disappeared and also my pants felt baggier
I jumped on the scale and 10 kilos were missing
Ngl coke doesn’t make me just low Inhib and NT it also made me lean jfl

OP is lying about something since it's impossible to lose that much weight in two weeks.

more likely it's been about 3 weeks and you lost close to 7kg on an empty stomach vs weighing yourself after eating

Idk bro I Ded srs lost 10 kg since from 72 to 62

around 3500 cals in a pound of fat & 2500 cals in a pound of muscle.

assuming you're burning 3500 cals a day (which is above average) and assuming you litteraly didn't eat for two weeks straight the max you could've possibly lost would be around 11.5 lbs assuming it was 50% fat & 50% muscle. 14lbs if you lost 100% fat which just didn't happen
