Ostarina + MK677 to maintain as much muscle as possible while eating 3 meals of steak rice eggs and leafy greens + 2 kiwis a day for vitamins and a post workout protein shake that's all that i did
Lifting 5 times a week with a upper lower hypertrophy/strength split thinking of removing hypertrophy and downing the intensity since hypertrophy wont happen most likely while in a deficit



Pros :

-You feel full with the meats
- Skin and tightness
- Facial bloat goes down considerably starting so my jaw again

Cons
- CRAVINGS FUCK I AM CRAVING ALL THAT JUNK FOOD SO BAD BUT MY SUPER SAIYAN WILL POWER IS KEEPING ME AT BAY
- Somewhat lethargic however body gets used to it after the 1st week
another con is that it makes you retarded my brain has a hard time functioning so i am going to eat normal again before my exams afterwards back in to the diet

how much of a caloric deficit?

Well i was powerlifting before and i amm guestimating it went from 4k to 2.2k (which i have measured)
