LOW INHIBITION HELP: Started Ashwanganda Supplement maxxing

I started taking 2 Ashwagandha pills recently.

What Ive noticed is that I became much more low inhib when taking these pills, as these do help you with everyday stress in life. I recommend anyone taking them

Im taking ones that have 2 years off expiry date and they still work very well.

If you are high inhib I definitly recommend these pills as they have no side effects AFAIK, and they make you much lower inhib. Recommended intake is 2 pills a day or less. It is super cheap aswell

Well helps indirectly, stress is bad for skin

Also if you did research there are studies ashwanggandha helps in building muscle.

And I meant that in the studies that showed a cortisol decrease it took a few months of dosing daily for that to happen and I think the megadoses that showed some results were of 5g

all T supplements are just a gigacope tbh

They help reach your genetic limit

Same fucking here. I started Ashwanganda yesterday tbh (although I hate Indian beta curry scum).

But I use also anti depressants and a looooot of sport supplements. I will see how it will work...
