lowering bodyfat even more?

Hi,
Im already at a pretty low bodyfat (naturally), single digit I guess
I've head that when you have a single digit bodyfat, even 1 percent can change a lot, so how can I lose (effectively) bodyfat?

are you sure you're at single digit bodyfat? it's difficult to achieve and people overestimate themselves by a lot. generally people say 10-12% is best for facial aesthetics but it just depends on your fat distribution genetics i guess. also getting too low of a bf can wreck your T

lol unless you´re a genetic beast. all my life got single digit bf . under extreme effort in the heat i got seriously and dangerously low bf % by this i mean 6% or lower.

Highly doubt that you're single digit bodyfat bro. Anything single digit is extremely difficult to maintain and most bodybuilders use PEDs to maintain their bodyfat.

Post a photo. With 6% you would have a skull face, striated glutes, lower back and veins on your lower abs. Most measuring methods including the DEXA scan are highly inaccurate when it comes to low bf %. People overestimate how lean they are. By a mile. You would not have love handles or lower back fat at that bf %. You couldn't even grip your abs skin because it's so thin. If you can grab anything you are over 10%.

DEXA gives a breakdown of where youre at. you can have arms/legs @ 6% but torso at 12%

genetic trash bodybuilders, most of them bulk only after cut. wich is harmfull.
i don´t have love handles and i´m arround 10% now(due to the shit i eat, that i´m forced to eat due to job issues).
yep i couldn´t grip abs skin..striated glutes sure. veins in lower abs sure arround 8%-7%.
sory i don´t overestimate nothing what i have naturaly genetic trash shoot roids to get it but can´t maintain it for long.
