Bug eyes with tilted brows and nct is a very negative trait for men, so i am pretty sure that a brow lift (outer corner) could be a very great surgery for nct and tilted browcels. Just stand in front of a mirror and pull your temple skin back, and see the effect on your eyes. It would boost me 0.5-1 psl easy.
The female results (last 2 pictures) are just way too aggressively pulled up for a man, but the first picture is a true ascension for me.
