This posture problem is very common among unactive people who sit alot (i bet thats most of you)

It looks bad and nerdy from side and it makes you a bit SHORTER. Thats why you should correct it.


Make photo of yourself in the mirror from the side in neutrall position, like you walk every day. If you have APT fix it asap.

I have this decently bad I need to stop being a lazy shit and start correcting it to boost to 5’9

I've been doing this stretches for 2 months without progress, added neck exercises a couple of weeks ago too, this can take a long time

Google says 1-2 in. 2 seems alot so propably its posiible only with really bad posture

You need to make your abs and glutes stronger. Thats the post important thing

yes but even if youre short you can gain some. I wont even mention how silly bad posture look

This looks like a woman's natural posture, I didn't notice men do it too

legit, I fixed this and got a solid inch at least

the key is doing hip flexor stretches and working on your abs and glutes nonstop

why do so many zoomers have this issue? i've seen a lot of kids (12 and under) with SERIOUS pelvic tilt

underdeveloped hip flexors? weak glutes and core?

Over developer his flexors. Mainly its because of sitting alot

I posturemaxxed last year but it barely made any difference
 
I need to fix this asap.
