Maybe I found something interesting about the long philtrum

If your upper lip is relatively full, and your philtrum takes a concave shape, but despite this it appears "long" I am almost sure that it could be linked to a "retracted" collumela:

The real question is: Can it be fixed with a filler ? I found this image on the internet:

I doubt this would make a noticeable difference in front. Probably a side profile only thing.

If you lowered your columella your philtrum would shorten a little since that’s where the measurement tends to begin I think

Same if you got a rhinoplasty to increase the tip projection, it would pull the philtrum up slightly.

I’m not convinced it’ll be more than like a 1mm difference though...but every mm counts when your philtrum is long
