I've been giving some thought about this lately, it's very common the usage of "Water is wet." among some users here. But... what could it mean?
"Water is wet." Well, that's obvious, a little too obvious...
Upon further review about this topic, I arrive at the conclusion that:
IT IS OBVIOUS AFTERALL, AND THAT'S THE POINT.
I mean water is obviously WET, so this saying is actually poking fun at how obvious it is, it's a satire, it's used to make fun of people that are making obvious points.
