I want to gain more weight. I am 5'10, 17. I eat everyday like shit, I try to gain weight but in the past 6 months I only gained 1 kg and my current weight is 58kgs

Track calories to find out how much you've been eating on average. Add 1000 calories to this amount and keep working out. I know "500 surplus bro" is ideal, but sometimes for really skinny people, 1000 surplus is fine, especially if their gym progress is stalling.

Try selfmade shakes with a lot of calories. But you should only leanbulk with a 200-300 calorie surplus. Too much calories and you will build unnecesarry fat. Try to gain like max 1 kg per month cause you cant build more muscle naturally in a month. Good luck!

Start weightlifting. You won't even need to intentionally pig out.
