Minox beard collagen

So many people mention that minoxidil kills collagen,
But as many people claim it didnt affect their skin at all.
I pretty much want to grow a beard and I wont be able to until atleast 2-3 years from now without minoxidil.
Is it worth trying? I guess I could stop using it as soon as I see negative impact on my skin.

currently on it been 3 months, i had the fucked up justin bieber goatee now my stubble is looking godly and my hairline cam forward.
about skin your skin is going to be fucked for like the first month because of the alcohol in it. although with time the skin gets accustomed to the alcohol and will go back to normal. i didnt use any moisturizers or collagen if you do will probably be a bit better. get on it son
