I'm using it cuz I bought it to use during pct and before my next cycle but I don't like retaining water like this. And it's making me binge so hard about twice a week which ruins everything physique-wise

I mean if ur gonna roid/sarm then its a good addition if u have the money. Only downside I noticed was actually worse sleep on it. I had to take it afternoon or else I’d wake up in the night. I normally sleep good without it. Pumps were good on it. Small strength gains but I wasn’t consistent with my usage. I have 1 month supply left
the hunger was reduced after a week but still ate more, and the bloating isnt too severe for me

Idk I just do 10, some like 20. 20 might be good for pct.
For HGH increase 10mg is really good but for the muscle sparing effects 20-30mg will elevate IGF-1 a lot more
