Hooded eyes literally have nothing to do with T levels. My father + grandfather have hooded eyes so me and my brother also have hooded eyes. They all have neutral - slight negative canthal tilt but i have positive though.

Srs though, look into the orbicularis oculi. Doing targeted exercises on this muscle theoretically would massively improve eye area. Don't fall for the "fat around eyes" myth, it's obviously a muscle that contracts when you squint.

Having good fat pads alone won’t give you the aggressive hooded eye look that guys like O’ Pry have. You need a low, flat, forward protruding brow bone AND good fat pads.
