I see a shit ton of incels everyday because in my university (IT), 92% of students are male and most of them are incels.
some are manlet, some are tallcels, some are fatcels and most of them are neurotypical.
but they all have one thing in common: they don't take care of their hair: hair loss, facial hair, neck hair, body hair (and sometimes eyebrows), thus they always have a beta beard, neck hair, chest hair coming out from the t-shirt and hairy forearms.
hair loss is usually negleted by normies but let's focus on facial hair and grooming: most of incels I see everyday don't have enough follicles to have full beard, nevertheless they grow a beard and become heavily unattractive. they don't have enough follicles density to get a beard so they try to emulate it with long sparse hairs.
as regards neck hair, it is the most underrated looksmin ever: even David Beckham looks bad with his neck hair
what about the body hair? in my opinion it is very repulsive, but I don't know what girls think about it in average looking men.
in my opinion beard longer than the stubble is a looksmin, even if some people claim it can be used to frawd jaw projection
but you cannot fraud a projected jaw if you have sparse follicles and an uncombed facial hair
