I need to find some decent supplements for cum maxxing (want to donate my sperm so my autistic ass can pass on my genes before my demise) hair maxxing, and gym maxxing.

So far my list is:
Castor oil for hair growth
Biotin for hair and skin
Flax seed oil for hair
Zinc and Selenium for hair/cum
Vitamins A C D for hair skin cum
Creatine for Gym Maxxing
Protein powder for Hair and gym maxxing.

Also, what are the best brands of protein powder or does it not matter?

Then comes zinc

whey protein is good if you cant eat enough protein

Vitamin C may lean your face out, not sure really.

10K is 2500% of the daily recommended amount though. Vitamin D is also fat soluble, not water soluble which means overdosing is a real possibility

creatine will increase ur DHT by a lot even at low doses, so I wouldn't take it if you're prone to balding

Hydrolised collagen peptide makes skin, hair, nails (joints) a lot better. Not placebo or cope, works fairly quick

Acetyl L-Carnitine ups energy levels, I've been taking it for long with off times, where I noticed significant difference. Thing is underlooked imo
