Jewdoctor did an xray scan of my wrists and knees and they are still open. I'll blast every drug under the sun to squeeze out the extra height tbh. Also did blood test and my vitamin levels are at the bottom of reference index despite me eating nutritiously dense foods all the time jfl, then the jewdoctor recommended me some multivitamins(proudly sponsored by Israel) I'd rather eat liver tbh. Told her I've got sleep issues and she was like "just exercise more sweaty, just don't use your phone before sleeping hun" STFU GOLDBRRGSTEIN. Waste of money ngl besides the scans

Actually works but I have to overdose on it, like 20mg otherwise no effect
Retard your body can only use like 2mg of it at a time. A normal nights sleep is stared using less than a mg. You’re wasting pills if you’re taking 20mg jfl

Get on a high protein, hypercaloric diet ASAP!!!

Tried 2mg, didn't work. Also tried like 50 different increments. Might be my pills are underdosed. Also they're cheap so idgaf

It's true bro. U need to take extended-release melatonin tablet for a full nights sleep

Mine are instant release shiiieeet
Either way, I fall asleep in 5 minutes with my dose. Wake up just fine.
