Don't do it. Gosh people here are killing themselves with the stuff they come up with
 
are you going to workout and take multivitamins? also better stick to eating some eggs atleast, you will lose weight, but get protein and cholesterol, which is needed for testosterone afaik

eat proteins (chicken breast, eggs, milk) and vegetables (carrots, spinach) or you will die

water fasting is legit but im to impulsive to resist food i just eat less
ive been 15% bf for sooo long now i just want to be leaner like 12-13%

its easy to get to 10% bf. Eat only fruits, meats, veggies and good carbs such as potatoes, rice etc. Only have two cheat meals a week. You'll get to 10% bf in a month or two and it makes it easy.

I dont see the problem. Ive went on a water fast for 9 days on the first time that I ever fasted. Its a matter of dedication and sticking to what you want to become. I know youll get there

Yes,I love eggs since I’ve heard they are legit for hairmaxxing too

I fasted from food for 3 days once. It was very rewarding. Lost 10 lbs I think.

you'll lose muscle as well as fat, making you turn into an Auschwitzcel. just do a 500 cal deficit and eat clean, high satiety foods only
 
You'll fuck your metabolism up and get fat even eating barely anything after ur done with the diet

Milk -> Estrogen
Too small amount to affect you in any way. Now tap water, on other hand has insane amounts of estrogen like chemicals in virtually every country but Israel.

56KG at 10% body fat is too low mate, you gotta be 5'5 or something like that
