morning: sunscreen
lunchtime: carotene, taurine
afternoon: bodybuilding
before bed: bodyweight pullovers (ribcage expansion), chin bonemashing, hardmewing, tretinoin (thrice a week), minoxidil on hairline and eyebrows.
all the day: mewing, good posture
temporary: shoe lifts, otosticks, hair gel, makeup to improve eyebrows

coping with 600cals of food

i ate 1500 yesterday cause wanted to go back to maintenance but changed my mind tbh
 
Basic skincare routine, minoxidil, derma pen once a week, gym 3 times a week. Vitamin C, D3, Zinc. That's it pretty much.
 
I put a n suncream and mew with good posture that's literally my entire routine
