My lower third has become smaller REEEEEEEEE

chewing will give you a forward grown look but BECAUSE it is sacrificing lower third and ramus and not by actually bringing lower third forward !!!



I and many others went from 1st to 2nd picture and there is a reason for it called physics, the contact from chewing will make the weaker bone(lower third) collapse on the stronger bone(maxilla) and give effect similar to when you step on the egg, your lower third will get wider but shorter.

2nd picture not only looks bad but it carries with itself disrupted breathing and troubles with swallowing. So chew on...[

I had a recessed chin from profile that’s maybe a little better now tbh
But frontal wise it was taller before

Hmm.

There was this study once about how the entire mandible rotates up into the other direction when people chewed for a few months, similar to the middle picture.
Don't know where the fuck I read about this study, maybe you know what I'm talking about.

But my theory is that chewing, just like FAGGA, merely exagerates the growth direction you already have.
I mean there has to be a reason why cromagnons didn't have those uplifted ramus
