My possible surgery list

I will probably skip some, because of money or too much surgery

From healthcare I could get:
SARPE + FM
BSSO (only for correction of asymmetry)
with luck also LeFort 1

I myself will decide then:
Hairline lowering
Custom Malar implant
Cantho

Filler for jaw/chin and later on lipofiller if I am sure (with Genio if I like)

Clavicle Lengthening (2 inches on shoulder width)

after that a bit of gymcelling for frame

and hairmaxxing, collagenmaxxing as soft looksmax (and mewing ofc)

I would have considered Ramus Distraction Osteogenesis but I dont know any good surgeon who does this and also there are not many reports about it

These are the !maximal! surgeries I would get
I would pursue only few of them at the end

My surgery plans are as follows.

From Insurance:
-Rhino(Deviated septum causing trouble nose breathing)
-Double-Jaw/BSSO/whatever for overbite correction causing snoring and sleep problems

After that I will probably save up for Cantho/Almond Eye and Lip Fillers because it seems to be a good deal for less than $5k and will fix my droopy eyes and Negative Canthal tilt. I haven't planned after that but this is a very achievable plan so I'm keeping it small for now and will drastically improve my appearance.
