when in shape mines 48, when just normal mines 55-61

a normal resting heart rate is between 60-100
depending on activity level, yours is very much on the high side, but you could be stressed when taking the measurement, ehich raises your blood pressure and pulse, if youre worried get it looked at by your doctor.

prob best to have an ECG to check heart rythms, high pulse and palpatations are symptoms of anxiety disorders though.

are you on any medication, check side effects common medications can cause effects to the heart
