Here’s a skincare routine that I’ve done in the past. Out of all I tried on these forums, this one works best for me. Of course, not everything works for everyone.
Materials Required
- Cleanser
- Moisturizer
- Retin-A (tretinoin) ~0.05%
- Adapalene with clindamycin
- Lip balm
Routine
(1) Morning
- Wake up, use cleanser. You do it by rinsing your face with lukewarm water and then rubbing cleanser in. Wash it off after 30 seconds
- Dry face, apply adapalene with clindamycin.
- Wait 30-60 mins
- Apply moisturizer
- Apply lip balm
(2) Evening
- Use cleanser. Same as in the morning
- Dry face, apply retin-a
- Wait 30 mins
- Apply moisturizer
- Apply lip balm
Dosage
Here. I separated a face into 4 distinct regions. I apply a pea sized amount of adapalene + clindamycin, or retain-a PER REGION
Conclusion
idk too lazy to write
