Consider that that polls show that over 75% of blacks have a strong "racial" identity where as for Asians it's like 45% and for whites it's only about 15%......

Why do you think that is? It's because blacks have cavemen IQ and thus are extremely tribalistic for basically no good reason. It's the reason they would rather starve themselves by killing all the white farmers than to admit that they are better off having actually intelligent people in control of their agriculture (looking at you South Africa....).

Again a very broad generalization. Yes certain things are done to protect idiots and because a lot of people are more concerned with following the herd than thinking. It's easier to give them a Shepard to guide them in the right direction. Still this is such a broad statement, it can be argued this is good or bad.
