Need advice for surgery

I will be seeing a surgeon this summer but i would also like to get some advice from here regarding which surgeries should i get.



I think my main flaws are my nose and my lower third. For nose i will be getting a rhino for sure but i am not sure what surgeries should i get for my lower third since there’s a lot of surgeries for it like genio, implants, double jaw etc. The problem with my lower third is its too narrow and my chin is a little recessed. Can jaw and chin implants totally improve my lower third and fix my chin or should i get other surgeries for it?

Also in addition to these surgeries i am thinking about getting zygos implants and lip lift for shortening my philtrum (its 19 mm tho)

Any additional suggestions that i missed will help

chin looks recessed look into implants/genioplasty, if your bite is normal already (or you can physically jut your lower jaw to correct your bite) don't get jaw surgery. A slight overbite is normal btw. I actually don't think your lower third is narrow. Implants are good at adding mass but you seem to have good mass already. Fillers are good for angularity. philtrum doesn't seem too long

Yeah thanks man i am getting acne treatment for like 6 months right now it was worse before and my bite is normal thanks for the advice
