NEED HELP WITH K2

Alright, so I have a bottle of 90 capsules of K2 MK-4 15mg. I have another bottle with 14 capsules left. I want to megadose K2 along with Vitamin D. Can someone give me a guide or help me do this? Also, how do I make sure I get enough calcium? What sort of calcium supplement should I take. I'm going to experiment with megadosing K2 since I found 15mg doesn't do much. So someone please tell me how I should go abouts doing this.

The wise advice is its better for you to do blood checking first for calcium and vitamin d.. After the lab result come out you can see in what level the calcium and vit d in your blood.. If it says defficient might be you can consume twice amount of the drugs prescribe.. And if it sufficient enough, you can just use the drugs sufficiently
