At first i thought i would only need a wraparound jaw implant, to fix my narrow and boneless recessed lower third with tiny little chin. But when im looking at my teeth situation, i think i need go the hard osteotomy way first, and then go for implants. So i am overwhelmed with the possible surgeries: bsso, chin wing, double jaw, genio. I think it would be also important to widen my mandible, so that my crippled lower teeth could afterwards get put in line with braces. It is so narrow atm, that my tongue has really no place to rest. Maybe i could be a candidate for insurance backed double jaw surgery, because i have a subhuman narrow mandible situation that causes sleepapnea and too little oxygen when breathing.
Any advice for me? I am ready to do whatever surgery i need. Money is ready.
